Now that Actions is part of Drupal 6, and the new more generic name "Flag", it's natural that we should want to provide Actions support to make things trigger when you Flag or Unflag a node.

I've added preliminary support for Actions to both the D5 (use Actions 2.x) and D6 (built-in) versions. I'll update this ticket as things progress.
