Want to have a field filled with a value including the € sign.

Seems like every symbol I try works, except for the € sign?

This is usually a font or server encoding issue. Which PDF-filling service are you using? If using pdftk, check that the server locale that the user running pdftk and PHP uses and make sure it's a UTF-8 variant.

If FillPDF LocalServer/Service, this should work as long as there's nothing off about the font (i.e. you can type a euro symbol into the PDF when editing it manually).
