jah error: forbidden

An editor on one of my client sites reported this error to me today. As admin, I have no issues.. They however cannot upload files into a fileshare I have created. How can this be rectified?

Update... Fileshare is visible to guests..
as admin, I have full upload/download/create access

authenticated users receive the jah error: Forbidden...

Update again

Fixed..

Access priv had to be granted to all levels of user to make it work properly (not guest however).
