No "send to text area" button

Hi

I would very much appreciate some help. I try to use the filefield insert module on one my web sites without success. (I'm using it on one of my other web sites so I know how I'm supposed to set it up.) The thing is that when using my custom theme the "send to text area" button won't show (no trace of it in the HTML). If I change the theme to, for example, Garland the button is there and everything works fine.

Anyone know what could be wrong with the theme I'm using? I really would like to use Filefield insert as the way to insert images into my articles...
