I am installing a Drupal site, but the site status report gives me the following warning:
"Upload progress: Your server is capable of displaying file upload progress through APC, but it is not enabled. Apc.rfc1867 = Add 1 to your php.ini configuration".
I started to uninstall modules, one by one, to evaluate the response and found that the warning appears when the module "fielfield" is enabled, if this module is off the message no longer appears.
Could you provide some information about the warning and its possible consequences.

The "warning" is just a message saying that you could make FileField report progress while uploading files. It's not a requirement in any way. If your server is not configured to use upload progress, FileField works fine it just will show a throbber image instead of a progress bar.
