As the title says. The strange thing is, I have been unable to recreate the issue with a test account through my home connection but I did from a friend's connection with the admin account. Filesize does not seem to make any difference.

The dblog says:
Location························filefield/ahah/[...]/field_file/0
Referrer························[node/add/... where the field is]
Message·······················The file upload failed. field_file_0
Severity························warning

My installation:
Drupal························6.15
MySQL·······················5.0.87
Serve·························Apache
PHP···························5.2.12
File system·················Writable (public download method)
PHP memory limit········128M

I have same problem. Anything over 1MB seems to fail. The odd file works. Upped PHP memory limit/upload limit/post size etc. Doesn't help. Files under 1MB always work. Seems to be tied in to upload module as attachments show same problem.
