I have a problem with mollom being triggered when files are uploaded using the ahah method of fielfield. I have put an issue in the mollom queue but also want to mention it here just in case the fix should be in this module:

Thanks deverman, I'll see if there's something we can do on the FileField end to prevent this, but my guess is that the solution will need to come from Mollom.

After reading through the issue, it looks like not only FileField, but also link.module, and just plain text fields all also trigger the problem (probably the CCK "Add another item" being the trigger). It seems to me that this is entirely mollom based, so I'm going to close the issue.
