Notification options are switched in file folder view and notifications listing

Steps to repeat:
1. Navigate to a folder. Click on the folder name.
2. Check the box for 'Alert me if new files are added.'
3. Click on Notifications in the left pane. Click on Folders. Next to the folder, the box for Changes is checked instead of New File.

Note: the reverse is also true. If I choose 'Alert me if files are changed' and then navigate to Notifications, there is a check next to the box for New File instead of Changes.
