Anonymous users get Notice: Undefined variable: show_alert in include() line 164 of filedepot/theme/filedepot-mainpage.tpl.php

I am seeing this notice when browsing to /filedepot as an anonymous user. PHP is expecting $show_alert in filedepot-mainpage.tpl.php. I noticed the following code in module line 1610:

1610   if (!user_is_logged_in()) {
1611     $variables['alert_message']       = 'You are not Logged in';
1612   }
1613   else {
1614     $variables['alert_message']       = '';
1615     $variables['show_alert']          = 'none';
1616   }

and have a patch attached in the comment below. The new code looks like this:
