Upon update to Drupal 8.8.0, the log is filled with:
[warning] Declaration of Drupal\filebrowser\FilebrowserStream\FilebrowserStream::basePath(?SplString $site_path = NULL) should be compatible with Drupal\Core\StreamWrapper\PublicStream::basePath($site_path = NULL) FilebrowserStream.php:29

Have a look at this issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/filebrowser/issues/3090114

You can apply the commit mannually or wait for the next stable release (next week or so) that will contain the commit.
