Uploaded file with name CCR2017.pdf. Actual file ended up ccr2017.pdf. This poses an issue with existing unchangeable resource links that directly reference this file and system URLs are case sensitive.
File Browser shouldn't alter file name case.

I can not reproduce this.
Also, I can not recall having code that changes the uploaded file name case.
