In version 7.x-3.1 a bug was introduced concerning the teaser view display.

Normal ('full') display is not affected.
Displaying filebrowser nodes (teasers) on your front page will brake your site and produce the following errors:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in node_build_content() (line 1416 of /var/www/drupal7/modules/node/node.module).
EntityMalformedException: Missing bundle property on entity of type node. in entity_extract_ids() (line 7880 of /var/www/drupal7/includes/common.inc).
