Hi, this module saved my day

I'm, using Drupal 7.9, Media 7.1.0-rc3, Media Gallery 7.x-1.0-beta7 and Media Browser Plus.

So, after upload I cant unlock and delete any file, because I cant see the "Update Options" interface....

I've created a "Trash" folder so users can moove there unwanted/wrong uploaded files, it would be nice to have a way, as administrator, to empty that folder from times to times.

With file_entity-2.x-dev you can go to file/id/edit and delete the file
