missing file types configuration page

Hello:

I just updated the file entity module to the 7.x-2.0-unstable5 as my available updates page told me that was the recommended version. However, I'm now missing the "File Types" configuration option on the Configuration Admin page. I need to test out a video player and as far as I can tell that's the only way I can tell video file types to use the player I've installed. If there is another way to set this option, or if this interface can be added back into the File Entity module it would really help me a lot.
