Allow user to supply href for each image in slide show [#1816464]

I believe this is different from #1091826: Link .

My request is a facility to optionally allow each attached slide image to be embedded in an <a href="..." >...</a> tag, with the href taken from a text field filled out by the user. This way each slide can optionally point to any page (including external pages) when clicked.

I think the best solution would be to make field_slideshow compatible with Link Image Field module. With a lot of luck maybe there is nothing to do to make them compatible, I haven't tried this yet.
