Advanced access control for Field Collection items following the design of node access in drupal core.
NOTE:
This module is no longer being actively developed, since the Field Collections module is likely being replaced by Paragraphs. A similar module to this one, Paragraphs Access, was built around the paragraphs module. Its recommended to use paragraphs and the paragraphs access module, but this project is provided for use on sites already build around the Field Collection Entity.
Access Providers
The Role Access Control module contains a sub module rac_fca which implements the access control on a field collection using a Role Reference Field.
