Parse xml reference object

Hi,

I am parsing xml and creating nodes with "Feeds XPath Parser". In my xml, i have a image reference tag () in description text tag.
this object is explained in that xml like this:


Principal Display Panel - 10 mL Label





I have that image on my server. so how can i map that image in the description field. How can i parse that reference tag and replace my image URL.

Example of my xml is: http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/lookup.cfm?setid=7a8d2539-4422-4312...
