Reimplement 'Override' setting for Calculate Hash plugin

I created some importers a while back using the beta3 release. I implemented the Calculate Hash plugin. I used the 'Override' setting to ensure that if a GUID was set manually in the import no hash was created, this was to allow entity reference fields to be populated correctly if they were specified.

I have pulled down beta4 in a new environment and found that the importers attempting what is outlined above do not function as expected, the 'Override' setting for the Calculate Hash plugin has disappeared. The setting is still present in my Feature obviously but it appears Feeds Tamper no longer honours/checks it.

Easy solution for me right is to roll back to beta3 but I wanted to create this issue as I consider this a valuable setting to have available.

Has it been removed for a reason?
