I do not know if it is problem with this module, of with feeds http importer, or parser.
Problem is:
RSS feeds imports correctly (letters like ąčęėįšųū is visible in title, description).
Then I use "Self Node processor" for article download. After that encoding is messed up, like: "Valdžia siekia nustatyti griežtesnÄ darbdaviÅ..." (should be: "Valdžia siekia nustatyti griežtesnę darbdavių...").

twistor commentedThis is definitely not a problem with this module.
Feeds is broken up into three parts. Fetching, parsing and processing. The processing stage has no clue what the content of the feed is, it simply create entities out the the arrays that the parser creates. This sounds like a parsing problem.
