While importing CSV files, the module ignores a format that includes a white space within a two commas'

Example
nid,taxanomy,title
3,apple,Red apple
4,orange, Big Orange

In the above example there is a white space before Big Orange and is hen.ce ignored while importing..

Although I removed all white space manually but it would be great that can be done while processing..

I am just realizing this issue, and looking for a solution as well. I am using Version 7, but it's still a problem, and I'm looking for a solution.

I use feeds_tamper module with the 'trim' filter for this situation.

I don't see this as a bug. The space should not be there in a CSV formatted file.
