nchase commentedthanks alex_b,
I have csv file looking like this
Title,Body,Tags,Author
"Test";"Some Infos";"Test";"User1"
I'm able to map title, body, and the taxonomy terms, but I'm not able to get the author in. There is no possiblity to select the author from the mapping dropdown. In the dropdonw I have
-Title
-Published status
-Published date
-URL
-GUID
-Taxonomy: Blog
Is it a missing feature or is something wrong with my installation / configuration ?

alex_b commentedWith 'author' do you mean a Drupal user or some CCK field? If it's a Drupal user, how would you assume this would work? Map to a user by id, by name, by email, by openid?
nchase commentedoh sorry, I mean Drupal User, ... UID should be enough..
alex_b commentedDoesn't exist. Feature request. Can be implemented easily, please refer to documentation and feeds.api.php http://drupal.org/node/622696
