This is not a particularly useful bug report as I am unable to provide many details.

On a clean install, Feeds works fine.

Installing on a production clone, (busy with lots of mods, including Feed API), Feeds correctly installs the schema, and appears 'enabled' as should be, but hook_menu does not register any paths or menus links, making it impossible to access.

After clearing caches (visit the admin/build/modules page or run drush cache clear if you're using drush) this problem should go away.

Otherwise, I am fairly certain that this is not a Feeds related issue but has rather to do with your particular set up.

I tried doing a drush cache clear and that didn't do it. I agree it may be unique to this installation, however no other modules have had this problem. Will leave closed for now, might just 'go away' with future releases, will report back if I do a trace.
