I have taken a break from Feeds to find time to concentrate on other projects. In the dev release there is a big refactor for the file target happening, that is being split into steps. The step it is now at, introduced regressions, making it not release ready at the moment.

If completing the refactoring takes too long, I’m consider to branch off from the 8.x-3.2 release and cherry pick the changes that do not involve the file target, but that would probably mean a very small release.
