Feeds per user

Greetings,

I have a restaurant site where each user with a certain role should be able to manage their own feed for menu items. Is that possible with this module? I am experienced using feeds as an admin populating content for a site ... but not exactly sure how configuration looks for other users. Basically each restaurant is a group entity and each menu item is a paragraph we should be able to upload a cvs file to the group and generate the paragraphs items as a feed. Is this even possible? I thought I would ask before I spend more time trying to figure it out. Thanks
