I have a massive amount of data I want to import via csv, including users however i'm in a situation where I need to retain their UID is there currently any way in feeds to do this that I'm missing?

Although this issue is older, I am marking this one as a duplicate of #1570544: Add UID target to FeedsUserProcesser. as that thread has more information and a patch. Also think this is more of a feature request than a support request.
Linked thread is for D7, but might get backported if it makes it into the module?
