I am new to Drupal and new to the Feeds Module.

I am using Drupal 7 and trying to use the feeds module to aggregate feeds into articles. I've just come from using a Wordpress site that had this type of system in place and the core module Aggregator - does not put feeds into their own articles - and does not have the functionality that I need.

So far I think I have it half figured out after a few days of fiddling with importers - but I am confused about the Mapping.

So far when I import my feed I only get the Title and the Published date - but the body of the feed, the content, is blank.

How do I get the content of a feed to display in my article node?

This is the feed I am using: http://wow.joystiq.com/category/cataclysm/rss.xml

I also tried putting simplepie.inc in the libraries area, but I get a error about redeclaring simplepie which often means it is installed twice.

I eagerly look forward to someone helping me on this.

No one here was able to offer any more help on mapping, so in the end I figured it out.

I found a solution to my problem:

Under mapping make sure you have:

Source Target
Title Title
Published date Published date
Description Body
Categories Tags
Item URL (link) URL - tick for unique target
Item GUID GUID - tick for unique target

This is just using the Common syndication parser that came with Feeds
