html validation error: multiply appearing IDs

hi,

a page with the feedback module can now not be fully web standard compliant, as wrappers for "block-feedback-form", "feedback-throbber", and "feedback-submit" are declared as id's but appear twice on the page.

this is easily solved: dependent on what is the right thing to do (tm), either remove the second appearance of the feedback thing (which may be what we want, as i don't *see* any second instance of it on the screen), or make the id's classes.
