Hi there,

It is useful to be able to change the title of the feedback form. In our case our clients like to change it to "How can we improve this page?". The patch attached adds that as an option on the configuration screen. Existing users will be unaffected as the default is set to "Feedback".

Would be great to get this patch applied. All feedback welcome.

Hi,
With attached patch, we can now customize all default titles and labels fields.
(Customers always want to customize everything)
