Sister issue of #536666: FeedAPI Mapper 2 compatibility on FeedAPI (Node)'s issue tracker.

- Remove feedapi_mapper_nodeapi() and move call to feedapi_mapper_map() to feedapi_node as explained in #536666: FeedAPI Mapper 2 compatibility.
