Reorganize UI on admin/content/types/[ctype] pages

Now, mapping can be done on the "Map" tab on a content type edit page.

Actually, feedapi should sit in its own tab under the content type edit page (it is very long) and feed element mapper should be on a sub tab of feedapi. Additional feedapi modules that require a tab can live there, too.
