Default settings and hide fields in node creation form?

Hello,

Thanks for this module. It has the functionality I couldn't find in the Feeds Module.

It would be great if the 5 fields provided for the user to fill out would be able have the defaults set in the cck admin page. Where you can set a default title or a default number of rss articles that are parsed. And the ability to then hide those fields in the node creation page.
