Grant CVS access to gourley and alxp as co-maintainers

I have been attending Islandora Camp, which is an integration of Drupal and Fedora commons. I met with axlp and gourley and am working with them on getting the code committed.

They will be pooling their efforts and working on a release here, so please grant them CVS access as co-maintainers.
