Exported contexts are overridden and removed

Using context-6.x-3.0-beta5, ctools-6.x-1.5 and features-6.x-1.0-beta7 I have created a context and exported it as the only component of a feature.

When I reinstall my profile the feature is overridden. Viewing the diff I can see that the .info file has removed features[context][] = "context_name" though it displays as features[][] = "context_name". Also the entire context definition in defaults.inc has been removed by the override. Reverting has no effect.

I tried ctools-6.x-1.4 with the same result.

For the time being I'm using context-6.x-2.x and am not having issues.
