I upload a new version of a feature containing some views to the server.

At admin/build/features/FEATURENAME I select the Views component checkbox and click 'Revert'. The page reloads and the views still say 'overridden'.

What happens if you flush caches immediately after doing the revert? This may be a duplicate of #744450: Why would a feature not revert?

It's been a while since I filed this but I'm pretty sure I cleared the cache several times and I've seen features still show the 'overridden' label.

Try to upgrade to beta8. If still doesn't work, follow #744450: Why would a feature not revert? issue.
