I want the feature to take over a node type that already have nodes with cck field. If I press delete on the node type list the feature takes over that node, but i also lose some of the data in cck fields. Is it possible to do this some other way?

I would love to know a little more detail about what data is being lost in the CCK fields to help debug here. Any updates?
