Look into making FC blocks exportable

FC blocks are exportable right now by using Features+Strongarm. Just choose the FC-related variables in the Strongarm list:

featured_content_blocks
featured_content_block_ids
featured_content_max_node_show

You will still need to place the block in the correct location if you are using the regular block mechanism.
