Here are some online tools to test web pages. These can be used to test FC block accessibility if there is a public site that is using the FC module.

I just ran the home page of kristen.org through these and they both passed the accessibility checks for the FC block section. There were some warnings for the page but it was for the forms. I will consider this one closed.
