OK. The thing is that I want to make page that will act as a first page which means that I can add desired content on the way that I do it with "promoted to front page" in publishing options. So, is there any options where I can make other tag "promoted to second page"?

You say you want a new publishing option:

"promote to second page"

but what is the "second page" you are talking about?
