Problem for visibility settings of roles

It works well to add a featured content block and configure some featured settings. Then for visibility settings of the roles, I can check some roles and save the block. Then I want to change the visibility settings of the roles, try unchecking some roles and save the block. But it doesn't work for unchecking. That means those checked roles can't be saved as unchecked any more.
