Hey,

since a few days the Update Status of two Drupal 5.x Installations show me a "Not supported".

I made no Updates, and I have changed nothing on the Webiste (except content).

Any idea? What can I do? There is still the 5.x-2.3 version available for download, so I am confused.

That's because I marked the 5.x-2.x version as not supported in the release manager at Drupal.org. I've reverted it, it appears to have upset quite a lot of people.
