I am able to create a beautiful looking document in the textfield, whether input format is set to filtered HTML or full HTML, but as soon as i preview it all mark up is gone. Mark up is also gone after saving the content. In order for FCKEditor's markup to be retained, i have to set the input format to PHP code.

Any suggestions?

Please check the configuration of the Filtered HTML and Full HTML input formats. What are their settings?
