Hi there:
I think I discovered an incompatibility between the Fckeditor and the nodemap module.
I am using drupal 6.10, fckeditor 6.x-1.4-rc1, nodemap 6.x-1.3
I have this behaviour in my theme and also in Garland, so I suppose the theme is involved.
After some test I isolated the issue to be related to the presence of the nodemap GUI and FCKeditor together in the same page, that is if I use a form in a page where nodemap GUI is not there, then FCKeditor appears in IE7 with no rpoblem.
To be precise, FCKeditor is visible in firefox with no problem, but it does not show up in IE7 in pages where nodemap GUI is loaded, whatever theme is used. On the same pages, also nodemap will not show up.
I suppose this may be related to the use of jQuery by nodemap?
I have the feeling that this may be caused by the use of $(document).ready, because in some very rare occasions the same page may load both nodemap and FCKeditor correctly (let's say once every 100 reloads?), so the order the javascripts are fired by the $(document).ready event may be relevant???
Hope somebody can help, because I really need nodemap (I see no alternatives to this module), and I like FCKeditor too (I tested 5 or 6 wysiwyg editors before selecting this one)
best regards
Big
