Image links in copied content are not setup correctly

Using fckeditor with IMCE. If you take a page with images and copy the content (not the source code, but the actual displayed page) and then paste into content you are trying to create fkceditor will assign links to the images that look like this: src="../../../../../../../images/Portrait1small.gif". This means if the site ever gets moved all of the image links would break, while if it just linked to "/images/" they would not.
