FCKEditor doesn't work for Forum reply ("Add new comment") [#428622]

As title says, FCKEditor doesn't seem to work for Forum reply (when you click "Add new comment" to reply to a forum thread).

It does work to create a new Forum topic though.

How do I enable FCKEditor to work for forum replies?

bumpitty bump bump. If this isn't resolved I may just go to phpBB3 for my forums rather than using the drupal interface.
