The translation of menus of the tool bars came with the FCK Editor downloaded from fckeditor.net works with IE7 but in FF3 everything is shown in English. Is there a workaround for this?

Check the headers sent by your browser (the Accept-Language header).

Well if you have problems with FF you can use the Quick Locale Switcher extension and switch to any language you wish.
Alternatively, you may change language in the FCKeditor profile ("Editor appearance").
