Linking pages

How can i create a hyperlink to a page.. without having to know the url..

In this momment what I do when I want to link two pages .. is copy the url and the go to the html and create a href and paste the link.. It works perfectly if a have a few pages... what if I have a hundred pages .. Does this editor has an option of select the page to link to from a list... ? It this an editor fucntion?

If somebody can guide me in the right direction .. would be really appreciated.
