fckeditor + ie7 + collapsible fieldsets causing page to jump back to fckeditor textarea

How to reproduce:

1) With IE7, create a node with that contains an fckeditor enabled textarea
2) Click inside the textarea
3) Scroll down the page a little.
3) Now click on any collapsible field set on the node editing form
4) Now click anywhere on the page and the page will jump so that the first line of the fckeditor textarea is at the top of the browser.

Very odd. There's probably some simple js hack that will fix this. Anyone have any ideas?
