Hi,
i tried to set up fck editor permissions inside my drupal installation. If I create a new profile, for example for role1, i have three profiles available: Default, Advanced, and the profile i've just created. While trying to set up the config into permissions for my new profile i have problems. Precisely, if i give to authenticated user all (three) permissions and only access fckeditor permission to my role1, role1 are able to edit fckeditor settings.
Otherwise, if i give administer fckeditor disable for both profiles it works as require (role1 can't access fckeditor settings but admin can).

On the edit page of each user, it says: The user receives the combined permissions of the authenticated user role, and all roles selected here. So permissions of the authenticated user role apply to all authenticated users and can't be revoked.
