When creating a node in Safari 3.1.2 on Leopard (10.5.5), the FCK-enabled field gets 2 instances of the editor running (see attached).
Potentially related, when editing a node with an inlined image, the POST to the server seem to work fine, but the edit's are not saved (eg: we are still left with the old node version) and pasting text content from the clipboard fails.
I cannot reproduce this behavior in Firefox 3.0, however

wwalc commentedI don't have Mac, but could you check the 6.x-2.x dev release? There is a completely new method of initializing FCKeditor (not tested, not stable, however it should work prety well, at least I hope so).

equalspeterd commentedSo far, so good with 6.x-1.3-rc3 BTW. I'd be inclined to close this for now (but i will check on 2.x-dev none-the-less)
