I have installed this but for some reason it does not show when I go to add any content?
Why is this how do I sort this out?

I got this working now but mine does not look like it should on this site http://drupal.fckeditor.net/comment/reply/1#comment-form why is that?

Adds: if you are talking about dialog boxes looking differently, it's because you have downloaded the FCKeditor 2.5.1, whilst on drupal.fckeditor.net the latest nightly build is running.
